MBS Direct COPPA Privacy Request Webform

MBS Direct provides services to educational institutions pursuant to a services agreement, where those institutions may make privacy requests related to student personal information we collect, on behalf of their students under the age of 13, pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Educational institutions may complete the following form to make a COPPA privacy request.

Parents of students who use MBS Direct's services and are under the age of 13 may refer to the Children's Privacy section of our Privacy Policy. Parents should contact the student's educational institution to make any of these requests. Otherwise, parents may use the webform to submit an inquiry, subject to our internal processes, which may include contacting the educational institution about the inquiry.

Requests are subject to our verification process and applicable legal exceptions.
